Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and continuously improve the website including developing a
content and lead generation strategy
- Handling Strategic online initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand
visibility, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition for our B2B software products.
- Lead SEO initiatives to optimize website content, improve search engine rankings, and
increase organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, monitor keyword performance, and
implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels,
including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. Monitor campaign
performance, adjust budgets, and optimize targeting to maximize ROI.
- Oversee the company's social media presence, including content creation, posting,
community management, and engagement. Develop and implement social media
campaigns to increase followers, enhance brand awareness, and drive traffic to our
website.
- Create and execute a content strategy that aligns with business goals, target audience
preferences, and industry trends. Develop high-quality content assets such as blog posts,
whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and videos to educate and engage our audience.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop marketing collateral, sales
enablement materials, and product messaging that resonate with target customers and
support the sales process.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels,
including website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall
performance.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and strategies to enhance
our digital marketing efforts.
- Work closely with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to support marketing

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a digital marketer, with a focus on B2B software products or related
industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Experience with SEO tools
such as Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms for business purposes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling
content and effectively convey key messages to target audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
across multiple channels, including paid search, display advertising, and social media.
