We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ad Words, Facebook Paid Ads, and Instagram Paid Ads. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive online marketing initiatives and lead the team towards achieving our marketing goals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns using platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Analyze and prepare reports on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spends and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, provide thoughtful leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Google AdWords, Facebook Paid Ads, and Instagram Paid Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
