• Be a point of contact for all client accounts and management.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Build strong project strategies & weekly objectives.

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs and objectives.

• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external team members.

• Forecast and track key account metrics.

• Prepare reports on account status.

• Collaborate with internal team and ensure timely execution.
