ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts in the fast-paced technology industry, based in our Bangalore, India office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various digital marketing channels, a keen understanding of the technology market, and the ability to design and execute effective marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement for Anker Innovations brands in India.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for all channels, including websites, and social media platforms.
- Oversee the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, YouTube, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content and campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and sales, to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), display advertising, and retargeting efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify digital marketing trends and insights within the technology sector.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including the design and distribution of newsletters, promotional offers, and product updates.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing technologies and advancements, applying insights to improve marketing efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology and digital marketing tools/platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to mine data to inform decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to marketing.
PREFERED SKILLS
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the technology industry.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Experience of working with Meta, Snap & Google advertisement tools & dashboards.
- Experience with CRM software and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of web design principles and content management systems.
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Understanding of the technology industry and its trends.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
