We are looking for a tech-savvy performance marketing specialist who would be responsible for building the overall strategy, implementing plans and managing marketing campaigns to drive, acquire, engage and retain users through various paid marketing channels for our clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Build a strong Performance Marketing strategy for our product & clients to reach their target audience at scale to deliver growth at optimum costs.
- Plan, strategize and execute all performance marketing campaigns through paid mediums (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Google, Affiliates, Programmatic, etc.) to meet business growth.
- Collaborate with BD and Product teams to drive GTM for new programs, features and instruments
- Create and present high-quality documents and proposals to senior leadership both inside and outside the company.
- Partner with business intelligence, central marketing, product, customer-lifecycle and merchant teams to dive-deep into metrics, develop reporting mechanisms that improve and streamline marketing and customer life-cycle measurement and reporting.
- Be the Voice of the Customer. Collect, document and act on customer feedback leading to superior customer experience.
- Understand target audience and customer behaviors. Create strategies and campaigns understanding the entire user journey from account creation until purchase.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns,
- Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Implement best measurement frameworks, mine deeper insights and run A/B and
multivariate tests to iterate into new ideas. Drive a mindset of building a pipeline of
multiple experiments in digital marketing to drive growth. - Measure and report performances of all digital marketing campaigns using different analytics and attribution tools to assess against goals and business impact.
- Plan and forecast monthly, quarterly, annual acquisition numbers and costs.
- Partner with the creative and marketing team to drive ROI through rigorous and systematic creative and narrative testing, focused on optimization and testing new approaches.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Leading digital marketing team, Engaging with PR agencies.
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas,
feedback & present results.
Requirements: - Graduate OR Postgraduate in Marketing or relevant field.
- 5+ years of proven growth experience through performance marketing in scaling up e-
commerce or any brands and businesses. - Knowledge of Analytics, Attribution and Planning tools (such as Google Analytics,
Appsflyer, Branch, Kochava, Adjust, etc). - Knowledge/Experience of Email marketing.
- Knowledge/Experience of E-Commerce product-based Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge/Experience of Content Marketing.
- Knowledge/Experience of ASO (App Store Optimization).
- Knowledge/Experience in handling Online Reputation Management (ORM) projects.
- Knowledge/Experience in developing and executing a strategy to gain, attain and
maintain Traffic and Ranking of a particular project and manage, monitor, and engage in
search engine marketing. - Knowledge/Experience in handling the Google AdWords campaign and lead generation
process. - Knowledge/Experience of Facebook Ads and lead generation process.
- Knowledge/Experience of LinkedIn Ads and lead generation process.
- Content creation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior
trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations. - Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
