Job Description

Accume BizTech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role involves driving brand visibility, engagement, and growth across digital channels including email, social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to engage current and potential clients.
• Manage audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to optimize campaigns.

WhatsApp Marketing:

• Drive brand engagement through targeted WhatsApp campaigns.
• Implement personalized and dynamic messaging strategies using advanced features.

Social Media Marketing & Management:

• Oversee all social media accounts and create engaging content that aligns with our brand.
• Develop strategies to grow our online community, increase followers, and drive engagement.

Paid Ads (Meta Ads & Google Ads):

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
• Conduct analysis and reporting to enhance ROI and drive conversions.

SEO & Content Marketing:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and site traffic.
• Write, edit, and manage blog content that supports SEO goals and engages our audience.

Performance Tracking & Analytics:

• Track key performance metrics across all digital channels and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Use data to make strategic recommendations and continuously improve marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing or similar role (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
