The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google and LinkedIn. Your responsibilities will include:
Digital Ads Management: Develop, implement and manage digital ad campaigns on Facebook, Google and LinkedIn to reach targeted audiences and achieve marketing objectives.

- Platform Management: Manage and optimise ad campaigns on Facebook, Google and LinkedIn to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness.
- Targeting and Segmentation: Utilise audience targeting and segmentation strategies to reach specific demographics and enhance campaign performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and maximising ROI.
- Creative Coordination: Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Keyword Management: Perform keyword research and implement strategies for effective search engine marketing (SEM).
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders, making recommendations for improvement.
- Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Compliance: Ensure all ads comply with platform policies and guidelines.
- Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including content creation, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
- SEO/SEM: Optimise website content for search engines (SEO) and manage online advertising campaigns (SEM) to increase visibility and drive traffic.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer retention initiatives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, and adjust strategies as needed based on data-driven insights.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including design, content, and product, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in managing digital ad campaigns on Facebook, Google and LinkedIn.
