Title: Digital Marketing Lead

Location: Jaipur
Responsibilities:Plan, create, launch, and analyze marketing campaigns across various digital services. E.g. Telecom Services, RPA Services, AI/ML, and Augmented Staff Hiring.
Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Manage and lead various teams or individual contributors (ICs) such as content team, PPC, SEO, Email marketing, and more.
Foster a collaborative environment and work hands-on with the team to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Assemble, analyze, and aggregate data to create actionable insights to continuously improve marketing campaigns.
Provide weekly updates and detailed reports to the COO and Co-founder on the performance and success of marketing campaigns.
Oversee content creation, website management, and ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality and engaging content for various digital platforms.
Generate leads from Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and work closely with the sales team to close deals.
Analyze failures and successes to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
Possess extensive knowledge of all parts of a digital marketing campaign, including content creation, website management, email marketing, SEO, PPC, LinkedIn campaigns, and customer outreach.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure Matellio remains competitive.
Use analytics tools to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.
Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
Allocate resources across various campaigns and channels to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
7-10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the engineering services sector.
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, PPC platforms, and email marketing software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience handling both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
