Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead (60% paid, - 50/10, 20% SEO, 10% Website, 10% - Design+Social+Content)

Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Your expertise in paid campaigns, creative design, SEO, social media, content creation, email marketing, and team leadership will be crucial in achieving our marketing goals. You will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and managing a talented marketing team to enhance our brand visibility and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Campaigns Management:
Design, implement, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and report on ROI.
LinkedIn ABM paid campaign
Search paid expertise
Creative Design:
Oversee the creation of engaging and visually appealing marketing materials and creatives.
Collaborate with designers to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
SEO & Content Strategy:
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Create, review, and optimize high-quality content for blogs, website pages, and social media.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow social media channels by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance.
Develop strategies to increase social media presence and engagement.
Email Marketing & Drip Campaigns:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Analyze email performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance effectiveness.
Strategizing & Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and tactics.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Reporting & Analytics:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on campaign performance and marketing ROI.
Qualifications:
MBA in marketing or related field required
5 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising
Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
Understands website metrics and best practices
Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results
Good at problem-solving and communication
Strong writing skills, AI Skills for improving efficiency in every aspect of digital marketing
Skills:
Proven expertise in managing paid campaigns and creative design.
Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing.
Experience in strategizing and planning effective digital marketing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools).
