We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead the growth of our department by actively pursuing new clients and expanding our client base. You will play a key role in driving business development initiatives, pitching our digital marketing services, and securing new accounts.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base.
2. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
3. Create compelling pitches and presentations to effectively communicate our digital marketing services and value proposition.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized marketing solutions that meet client requirements.
6. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into our offerings.
7. Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
8. Set ambitious sales targets and work towards achieving them, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance, and market insights to the management team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven track record in digital marketing and business development, with at least 4 years of experience.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
4. Demonstrated ability to successfully pitch and win new clients, driving business growth.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and concepts.
6. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
7. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
9. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
10. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
