• Role: Digital Marketing Intern

• Position Summary: You will be responsible for managing our company's social media accounts, website and e-commerce listings, and performance marketing. You will be growing the brand's awareness and product sales through various online channels. Your understanding of the digital marketing trends and landscape, creative approach, and a go-getter attitude will help you thrive in this role.

• Reporting to: Founder

• Job Responsibilities:

• Social Media

Understand brand message and value and create engaging content for the target audience.

• Design and visually appealing social media graphics.

Draft content calendar and schedule content release times for optimized engagement.

• Brainstorm campaign ideas and execute various Ad and Influencer campaigns.

Coordinate product photo and video shoots with external agents.

• Monitor and manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and X.

Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.

• Prepare a monthly performance report.

• E-Commerce

List products on e-commerce portals within timelines.

• Ensure that the catalog contains accurate, comprehensive and high-quality product images and information.

Write engaging and descriptive product descriptions to improve conversions.

• Update Product Data / specifications / Images on a routine basis.

Prepare daily/weekly reports.

• Requirements and skills

Proven knowledge in e-commerce / social media or a similar role

• Ability to learn about products and explain them to prospects

Excellent knowledge of English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Cool-temperament and able to handle rejection.

• Outstanding negotiation skills.

Ability to resolve issues and address complaints

• Technical Requirements:

Photo Editing:Proficiency photo editing softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or any similar platform/software.

• Video Editing: Video editing software Invideo/Biteable.

Understanding of Marketing Funnels.

• Good knowledge of MS-Office/Google docs

• Salary:

15,000 - 20,000 based on experience
