Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Mercy Diet Clinic's services and brand. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:
Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website and social media platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
Content Creation and Management:
Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and the website.
Manage and update the clinic's website, ensuring all content is accurate and up-to-date.
Social Media Management:
Oversee and manage all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Create, schedule, and publish posts, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns to improve open rates and click-through rates.
SEO and SEM:
Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve the clinic's search engine ranking.
Plan and execute SEM campaigns, including Google AdWords and other paid search advertising.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the clinical team to understand services and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed for specialized marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
