Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Digital Marketing Intern at Gleamdiva Academy located in Dwarka, Delhi. The Digital Marketing Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, and online marketing. They will also be responsible for communication and collaborating with the team to create and implement marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
2. Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages.
3. Monitor social media metrics and create performance reports.
4. Research industry trends and competitor activities.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
6. Manage social media advertising campaigns.
7. Conduct influencer outreach and partnerships.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
