Roles & Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Take charge of our social media platforms, creating and scheduling posts that reflect our brands unique voice and engage our audience.
• Content Creation: Write engaging blogs, social media posts, and Podcast content. Your words should be powerful, creative, and tailored to our audience.
• Visual Content: Collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching visuals that complement your content and drive engagement.
• SEO Optimization: Learn and implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our content is seen by the right people.
• Idea Generation: Constantly brainstorm and propose fresh, creative ideas for campaigns, content, and marketing strategies.
• Analytics Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of your campaigns, learning to adjust strategies based on data.
• Target Audience Engagement: Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and fostering a positive, interactive relationship with our followers.
• Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the table.
