Qualification

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in marketing, business or a relevant field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.

• Should be able to use AI tools for designing and editing posts

• Responsibilities

• Social Media Management:
• Assist in managing and updating social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create and schedule posts to increase brand visibility and engagement.

• Content Creation:
• Generate engaging content such as blog posts, infographics, or short videos.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas.

• Consult domain experts from the team to create these documents.

• Market Research:
• Research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience behaviours.

Compile insights to inform marketing strategies.

• Systems
• Create systems to track and monitor work

• Event Support:
• Assist in organizing virtual or local events, webinars, or workshops.

Help with pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up.

• Learning Agenda:
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.

Actively seek learning opportunities within the marketing field.
