Position OverviewThe Digital Marketer is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketer will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget.
Develop and Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence.- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
SEO/SEM- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
- Content Creation and Management
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Develop strategies and manage campaigns across social media platforms.- Monitor and report on the performance of social media platforms and adjust strategies as needed.
Email Marketing- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
Create and test email templates, using A/B testing to optimize performance.- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Analytics and Reporting- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Experience
: Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.- Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
* Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
