Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital/Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital channels, including social media, digital marketing, email marketing, content creation, and paid advertising, with the goal of driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audience and create tailored campaigns to reach and engage them effectively.
  • Create compelling and shareable content for various digital platforms.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant delivery of content.
  • Oversee and implement social media campaigns to increase brand presence and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Monitor budgets, ROI, and performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize analytics tool to track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Knowledge and/or Experience about Performance Marketing
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • It's a plus if you have any certifications in the related field.
