Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:

Strategy Development:


  • Create and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Develop comprehensive plans that align with the company's goals, focusing on various channels such as social media, SEO, email marketing, PPC, and content marketing.

  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats. Team Management: 1. Lead and Mentor a Team: Manage a team of digital marketers, designers, content creators, and analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development.

  • Coordinate Across Departments: Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

    Campaign Management:


  • Oversee Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets for different digital marketing activities and ensure efficient use of resources.

    Performance Analysis:


  • Track and Analyze Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance.

  • Report and Optimize: Generate reports on campaign effectiveness and make data driven decisions to optimize future strategies.

    Brand Management:


  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with the company's brand voice and messaging.

  • Enhance Online Presence: Develop strategies to improve the brand's visibility and engagement online.

    Technology and Trends:


  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

  • Implement New Tools: Evaluate and integrate new technologies and platforms to enhance marketing efforts.

    Skills and Qualifications

    Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills to effectively direct and motivate a team.

    Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.

    Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software.

    Creativity and Innovation: Ability to develop creative strategies and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

    Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing roles, often with a background in managing large-scale campaigns and teams.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: 40,000.00 - 80,000.00 per month
