Position Overview
As an Ad Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective online ad campaigns for our clients, with the goal of generating new patient leads and growing their practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create compelling ad copy and design for split testing, ensuring it aligns with the target audience and campaign objectives.
- Design and create visually appealing images that enhance the effectiveness of the ads.
- Upload ads into the respective Ads Manager platforms (Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads ) while ensuring proper targeting and ad settings.
- Monitor the performance of ads on a daily basis, analyzing key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and cost per thousand impressions (CPM).
- Generate regular reports on ad performance, providing detailed insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Identify underperforming ads and take proactive measures to stop them, minimizing unnecessary spending.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and create new ads or modify existing ones to meet campaign objectives.
- Provide weekly reports summarizing key metrics, performance trends, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Provide a seasonal ads calendar that outlines key holidays and events relevant to the target audience, along with suggested ad campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 2+ years as an Ads Specialist, with a focus on Facebook and Google Ads.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms, including campaign setup, targeting options, ad formats, and bidding strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize ad performance.
- Proficiency in creating compelling ad copy and design that drives engagement and conversions.
- Excellent understanding of conversion tracking and measurement using conversion pixels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in split testing and data-driven decision-making.
Certifications in Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads will be a plus.
