We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. The Digital Marketing Expert will play a crucial role in our marketing team, focusing on B2B strategies to attract new leads and retain existing customers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital marketing within the SaaS industry and a strong understanding of the intricacies of B2B marketing. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills to drive our digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract high-quality B2B prospects. Implement lead nurturing strategies using Email marketing, Content marketing, Search Engine Marketing &Social Media Marketing. Monitor and optimize lead generation and nurturing efforts to maximize ROI.
Campaign Management: Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis. Optimize website content for search engines to boost organic traffic. Oversee paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Social Media: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Customer Retention:Design and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.Work closely with the customer success team to create content and campaigns that address customer needs and promote product usage. Analyze customer feedback and behavior to inform retention strategies.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of digital marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to recommend and execute improvements.
Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track marketing performance, interpret data, and inform strategic decisions.
Link Building: Build high-quality backlinks from authoritative external sites using white hat techniques such as guest blogging, outreach, and content syndication.
Technical SEO: Perform technical audits to identify and fix issues affecting search engine crawling, indexing, and ranking. Implement technical SEO optimizations including site speed improvements, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.
Website Management: Ensure the company website is user-friendly, optimized for search engines, and regularly updated with relevant content.
Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging channels to keep our strategies ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SaaS and B2B marketing.
Proven track record of successful lead generation and customer retention campaigns in a SaaS environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, Email marketing, and Social media Promotions
Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Social Media Management tools, and CMS.
Creative and Strategic Thinking:
Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop effective marketing campaigns.
Excellent content creation skills with a keen eye for detail.
Communication and Collaboration:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
