Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content (text, images, video) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
- Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments and messages.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
SEO Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for website optimization.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and internal links.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
Content Creation and Marketing:
- Work with the marketing team to develop content calendars and campaigns.
- Write and edit blog posts, articles, and other content that is SEO-friendly and engaging.
- Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality multimedia content.
- Promote content through social media, email marketing, and other channels.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on social media and SEO performance.
- Use data to drive decision-making and optimize strategies for better results.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to improve future campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media and SEO Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and trends.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
