Job Description

Job_Description:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Zwink and its products/services. This role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for various digital platforms including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and ads.
  • SEO and SEM: Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization. Work with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Use web analytics tools to understand customer behavior and optimize campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence across all platforms. Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Email Marketing: Design, build, and maintain our email marketing campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and product development, to develop marketing strategies and ensure brand consistency.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against the allocated budget.


    Requirements
  • Bacheloru2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
