The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Zwink and its products/services. This role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for various digital platforms including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and ads.
- SEO and SEM: Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization. Work with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Use web analytics tools to understand customer behavior and optimize campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence across all platforms. Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Email Marketing: Design, build, and maintain our email marketing campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and product development, to develop marketing strategies and ensure brand consistency.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets.
- Budget Management: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against the allocated budget.
Requirements
Bacheloru2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
