As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, overseeing social media accounts, and ensuring the successful execution of digital campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between clients and the agency, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships while understanding client needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution.
- Oversee clients social media accounts, creating and curating engaging content, monitoring channels, and analyzing performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure clear, consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates, detailed reports, and addressing any issues or challenges proactively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Managing and executing organic and paid marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and any other social media platforms.
- Collaborate with a team of graphic designers, video editors and account managers to create and execute social media marketing campaigns according to the client needs and priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
