Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Devise and execute cutting-edge digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

Collaborate with the marketing team to craft comprehensive and innovative marketing plans.

Campaign Management:

Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.

Monitor campaign performance, conduct in-depth analysis, and adapt strategies for maximum ROI.

Content Creation and Management:

Develop compelling and relevant content for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency.

Manage content calendars to ensure timely and impactful content delivery.

Social Media Management:

Oversee social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with the audience.

Stay abreast of social media trends, identify opportunities, and implement effective advertising strategies.

SEO and SEM:

Drive SEO initiatives to enhance organic search results.

Execute and optimize SEM campaigns, including Google AdWords.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, website traffic, and user behavior.

Generate insightful reports and recommend improvements based on data analysis.

Requirements:

Proven experience in successful digital marketing roles.

In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.

Familiarity with Google Webmaster tools, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.

Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
