Position: Business Development Associate
Location: Delhi
Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, handling social media platforms, and managing paid advertising campaigns. The individual will focus on generating new business and enhancing the companys digital presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow company presence on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Create and implement Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Basic video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Design social media creatives using Canva or similar software.
- Engage with the audience, monitor feedback, and drive social media growth.
- Identify business opportunities and generate leads for company services.
- Maintain good relationships with potential and existing clients to drive new business.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Basic video editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong knowledge of Canva and other graphic design tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to self-learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
- Must be goal-oriented, capable of meeting targets, and generating new business.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate, preferably in Commerce (B.Com) or a semi-qualified Company Secretary.
