About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in running successful campaigns across Google Search, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Display Network and LinkedIn ads. The candidate should be proficient in creating and managing campaigns from scratch, with a strong focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, create and execute digital marketing campaigns on Google Search, Google Display Network, LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads across various industries, with a special emphasis on real estate.
Performance Marketing: Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, generate insights, and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
Content Ideation and Calendar: Assist in creating content calendars and ideation for clients social media pages.
Social Media Growth: Contribute ideas for the growth and enhancement of clients social media pages.
Industry Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and apply this knowledge to enhance campaign performance.
Client Management: Work with multiple clients across diverse industries, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met effectively.
ROAS campaigns & E-commerce campaigns Should have knowledge of these type of campaigns too (optional).
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing with proven experience in managing campaigns on Google Search, Google Display Network, LinkedIn, and Meta ads.
Skills:
Expertise in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns from scratch.
Background in lead generation and performance marketing.
Proficiency in Google Analytics for data analysis and insights generation.
Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Experience in handling lead generation campaigns for multiple clients across various industries, especially real estate.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Content and Social Media: Ability to assist in content calendar/ideation and contribute ideas for the growth of social media pages.
Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
