We are seeking a creative, motivated, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns across digital, content, social media, and email marketing channels. This role is ideal for a Digital Marketing professional with 1-3 years of experience eager to contribute to a dynamic team and develop a broad range of marketing skills. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaigns: Support the development and implementation of digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and other PPC efforts. Monitor ad performance and recommend improvements.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Email Marketing: Assist in executing email campaigns. Manage email lists and track performance metrics.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activities. Share findings with the team to inform marketing strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing metrics across all channels to assess campaign effectiveness. Prepare regular reports and offer insights for optimization.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating virtual and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Project Management & Task Planning: Develop and execute detailed project plans to manage all marketing initiatives timelines, resources, and deliverables. Utilize project management tools to ensure on-time task completion and effective coordination among team members.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand's voice, tone, and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA in Marketing would be an added advantage
- 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a generalist capacity or with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, or social media.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management software.
- Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total Compensation 7,00,000 to 8,00,000. (10% of your Total Compensation will be variable pay linked to your performance)
