Purpose of Job:
The Performance Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for the management and optimization of digital campaigns across digital channels. He/She will focus on campaign-specific results and drive a positive return on investments.
Essential Experience:
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads Search, Display & Video
In-depth knowledge of Meta (Facebook) Advertising platform
Knowledge of setting up and optimizing Google & Facebook campaigns
Keyword Research skills, Google Analytics & SEO
Experience in managing Performance Media (SEM and Social) strategy & campaigns.
Key Roles/ Responsibilities:
Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity.
