Novel Patterns is seeking a versatile and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at our Noida office. This is a full-time, on-site position, and the candidate must be willing to relocate to Noida or already reside in the area.

Experience: 2-4 Years

• Versatility in Marketing: Contribute to various marketing branches as needed, including but not limited to PR, PPC campaigns, and market research.
• Content Writing: Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, and websites.
• Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings, including link building, guest blogging, and social bookmarking.
• Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our social media presence, engage with followers, and create strategies to increase brand awareness and online engagement.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated sequences to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Lead Generation and Mining: Identify and nurture potential leads through targeted digital marketing strategies. Utilize tools and techniques for lead mining to generate quality leads and expand customer outreach.

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly content writing, off-page SEO, social media, email marketing, and lead generation/mining.
• Proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for projects, delivering results independently.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to adapt to different marketing tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
