Roles and responsibilities:
- Identify trends and insights
Allocate marketing investments- Plan and direct marketing campaigns
Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.- Track the website traffic flow
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content
- Monitor SEO performance and make data-driven adjustments
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns- Allocate budgets effectively across various advertising platforms
Create, manage, and optimize social media advertising campaigns
- Target specific audience segments and monitor ad performance
Conduct market research and analyze marketing data- Implement and analyze performance metrics
Device experiments and conversion tests
- Provide internal reports on a regular basis
Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA graduation.- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive actionable insights.- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Experience in marketing.Developing and improving marketing plans unique to different products and services.
- Conceiving and improving existing marketing strategies.
Networking with suppliers, large contractors, partner organisations and other business stakeholders.- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
