We are searching for a talented and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, content marketing, etc.) to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Manage and create engaging social media content calendars, including posts, images, and videos, to build brand communities and increase audience engagement.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic and website ranking.- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products or services, and build customer relationships.
Analyze website traffic data and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to adapt and implement innovative strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned and achieve campaign goals.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience with social media marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva).- Proficiency in email marketing platforms.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong communication, writing, and editing skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.- Passion for digital marketing and a creative mind for developing engaging content.
