Job Summary:
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's digital marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across multiple online platforms. The role includes managing web promotions, sales campaigns, social media, SEO, and digital marketing assets, ensuring the company's digital presence is optimized for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Web & Sales Promotions:
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote products and services on various digital channels.
- Coordinate web promotions and landing page optimization to drive conversions and sales.
- Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms to generate leads and maximize ROI.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to boost engagement and brand visibility.
- Create, schedule, and publish content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media trends, track analytics, and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link building, meta tags, and content updates.
- Use SEO tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Digital Marketing Assets Management:
- Maintain and update all digital marketing assets, including the website, blogs, email templates, and online advertisements.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and design across all digital platforms.
- Create promotional graphics, banners, and other digital assets using basic design tools.
- E-commerce & B2B Listings Management:
- Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms and B2B directories (such as IndiaMART, Alibaba) to increase visibility and sales.
- Monitor e-commerce sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Implement strategies to grow the company's presence on e-commerce and B2B platforms.
- Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting potential and existing customers to drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns, sending out promotional messages and updates to build relationships with leads and customers.
- Track email and WhatsApp marketing performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to assess traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports to the marketing and management teams, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration & Continuous Learning:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that digital marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve campaigns and strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, growing company.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and social media management.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and B2B directories.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
- Basic graphic design skills for creating digital marketing assets (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and automation tools.
