Responsibilities:
Facebook Ad Management:
- Researching, planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns.
- Implementing ad strategies to meet campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Monitoring ad performance and adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
Budget Monitoring & Optimization:
- Managing ad spend effectively to maximize ROI.
- Conducting regular budget reviews and adjustments based on performance data.
Website Traffic Growth:
- Utilizing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media Marketing (SMM) techniques to increase website traffic.
- Collaborating with content creators and designers to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Conversion Rate Optimization:
- Analyzing website and campaign data to improve conversion rates.
Content Management:
- Uploading and managing content on various platforms as needed.
Creative Coordination:
- Collaborating with designers to create compelling visuals and ad creatives.
Technical Coordination:
- Working with the tech team to implement website changes and ensure seamless user experience.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generating regular reports on campaign performance and presenting insights.
- Conducting thorough analysis of marketing data using tools like Google Analytics.
Lead Generation and CRM Integration:

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Experience with business to customer social media and content generation
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
