Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work closely with the marketing team, supporting teams, and external agencies to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC advertising.

- Manage day-to-day operations of digital marketing campaigns, including optimizing performance, tracking KPIs, and reporting results.

- Monitor and analyze website traffic, lead generation, and sales metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

- Oversee social media accounts, create engaging content, and manage interactions with followers to grow online presence and engagement.

- Perform keyword research and optimize website content for search engine rankings (SEO).

- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure a consistent and cohesive digital strategy.

- Manage budgets for paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to maximize ROI.

- Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities and provide actionable insights.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

- Support in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- Min 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.

- Hands-on experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp).

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Creativity and critical thinking in solving marketing challenges.

  • - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
