Job Description: Digital Marketing Account Executive
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal marketing, social media vendor relationships, and driving performance marketing efforts across Meta/Google and SEO. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of creating and managing paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms to drive lead generation and manage agency collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal marketing, and social media vendor relationships, ensuring efficient communication and high-quality deliverables.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns to achieve lead generation targets.
- Oversee the implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to improve ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media and SEO.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in social media paid campaigns on platforms (Instagram, AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
- Problem-solving acumen.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong attention to detail with time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to visualize content and communicate it thoroughly to the graphics team.
- An appetite for learning and adapting.
- Good grasp of various formats of social media content.
Ideally, the person in the role would have:
- A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience handling social media from the agency side.
- Proven history of demonstrating brand impact via social media content.
- Creative, strategic, and problem-solving ability.
- An appetite to learn fast and adapt.
