We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization), including both on-page and off-page strategies. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising channels.
- Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve target KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost-Per-Click), and conversion rate.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to inform PPC campaign strategies.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure the success of PPC campaigns.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
- Conduct website audits and implement SEO best practices to optimize site structure, content, and performance.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategies and improves search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new digital marketing tools/platforms to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC and SEO.
- Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns and improving SEO performance.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads certification and/or other relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) is a plus.
