Digital Marketing Executive

We, at Growthpep, are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to join our team on an immediate basis. This is a full-time role and is based out of Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of campaigns on paid-media channel as per requirement of our clients
• Post-campaign evaluation/reporting
• Regular optimization of campaigns according to performance
• Resolution of technical issues on channels handled
• Planning and executing digital strategies of the respective brand
• Data Analysis
• Understanding of targeting & campaign setup on Facebook & Google Ads

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 1 year of core experience executing campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads (or) must have worked with a digital marketing agency in a similar role
• They must have a good working knowledge of E-commerce and/or D2C business models
• They must be competent at reading and analyzing data on Google Analytics
• We are looking for smart proactive individuals, who are also self-starters
• Candidates must understand the latest trends in the industry and their role within a commercial environment
