Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, a creative mindset, and a proven track record of success in executing digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and managing all aspects of the digital marketing department including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns, website, Social media marketing, SEO, and all similar other activities.
- Knowledge of Ad copy for digital campaigns, video scripts, social media, blog posts and a certain amount of offline exposure.
- Developing, Planning and monitoring campaign budgets and managing our social media platforms.
- Working with other team members to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and update latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Coordinate with Sales / Operations/ Pre Sales / Designers to achieve KRAs and activities.
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Managing and optimising digital campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, and display advertising
- Creating and curating content for digital marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the digital marketing landscape
- Analysing campaign data and metrics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity across all channels
- Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing with Bachelor's degree or equivalent or higher degree
- Experience in setting up and optimizing SEO & Paid Google Ad Words, Linkedin Ads and Instagram- Campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices and tactics, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, Image and Content Marketing
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools for tracking and analyzing campaign performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should have an idea of b2b or b2c e-commerce digital marketing strategies.
