Responsibilities:

- Cultivating Leads: Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns to attract potential second-home buyers for 922 Emblica Estate.

- Master of Real Estate Marketing: Leverage your expertise to understand our developer needs and tailor high-impact online campaigns.

- Social Media Savvy: Craft compelling content and targeted ads with our social media manager for Facebook, Instagram (via Meta Suite) and other platforms, showcasing the idyllic lifestyle of our agro-community.

- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with our sales and social media teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

- Digital Marketing Visionary: Develop and manage cutting-edge marketing strategies specifically for the real estate domain.

- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze multiple campaigns, utilizing your analytical and strategic mindset to optimize performance.

You'll be instrumental in crafting a multi-pronged digital marketing strategy:

- Social Media Domination: Captivate your audience through Facebook and Instagram (Meta Suite), showcasing the beauty and benefits of 922 Emblica Estate with stunning visuals and targeted ad campaigns. Analyze data to refine campaigns and maximize impact. Being able to define our target audience (location, personas).

- Search Engine Savvy (SEM): Utilize Google Ads to ensure 922 Emblica Estate appears at the top of relevant searches for potential buyers seeking farmland second homes or similar keywords.

- SEO Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance the organic search ranking of our website for relevant keywords.

- Real Estate Reach: Partner with leading real estate platforms to ensure maximum exposure to active buyers searching for unique second-home opportunities.

- Your analytical prowess will be key: Evaluate key metrics to drive website traffic, optimize keywords, and refine target audiences.

- Identify industry trends and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:
