We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels to drive growth and achieve our business objective.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising campaigns.- Manage and optimize digital channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, social media) to increase brand awareness and drive traffic and engagement.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the [industry/niche] sector.- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
