Position Overview:
We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across all online channels.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign strategy.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive results.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, and analytics, to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field;
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and paid acquisition.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on ROI-driven results.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant analytics and tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
