Job Description

We are a dynamic and innovative graphics and website design agency dedicated to helping businesses elevate their online presence. With a focus on creativity, functionality, and client satisfaction, we specialize in providing cutting-edge design solutions tailored to our clients for embroidery digitizing, vector recreate, Logo design, Flyer and brochure design, Seo and Web development and design.
  • Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for our graphics and website design services.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and digital marketing efforts.
Consultative Selling: Understand clients business objectives and pain points to offer tailored design solutions that align with their goals.
Proposal Creation: Prepare detailed proposals and presentations outlining our services, pricing, and value proposition to prospective clients.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content and marketing collateral to promote our design services across various platforms.

Qualifications:Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the design or creative industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Client-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
Creativity and Innovation: A creative thinker with a knack for developing innovative sales strategies and marketing initiatives.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with design tools and platforms is an asset.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
