In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations with a focus on developing and executing strategies to strengthen the companys and clientsonline presence and increase our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as required. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field. A minimum of 5years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position. Solid understanding of eCommerce, PPC, SEO & SEM. Knowledge of media editing software (photo and video). Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, HubSpot, etc. Strong project management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience managing PPC, SEO, and Affiliate programs. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. Experience in marketing automation technology. Skills in creative content writing. Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
