We are seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong emphasis on SEO improvement and performance marketing, specifically in managing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. This role is essential for boosting our online presence, enhancing website rankings, and driving targeted traffic through strategic advertising and optimization efforts.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to drive content strategy and optimize on-page elements.
- Improve website rankings by optimizing content, meta tags, and URLs for better search engine visibility.
- Implement backlinking strategies to increase domain authority and enhance Google rankings.
- Regularly audit and analyze website performance, identifying opportunities for SEO improvements.
- Utilize SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console to monitor, report, and improve organic search performance.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure continuous growth in organic traffic.
- 2. Performance Marketing:
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Create and manage paid ads, focusing on achieving high click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Analyze and interpret campaign data to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
- Oversee the daily operations of Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including keyword selection, audience targeting, budget management, and bid optimization.
- Write compelling ad copy and design visuals that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign success, making adjustments as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, performance marketing, and paid ads.
- Proven experience in improving website rankings, Google rankings, and executing successful Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
