Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive at Connection Design in Kolkata. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for marketing strategies, communication, social media marketing, web content writing, and web analytics. Day-to-day tasks will include creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, managing social media platforms, and optimizing website content for SEO.

• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for our clients.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company and brand presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.).
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Skills and experience in creative content writing in English & Bengali Language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
