Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing Digital Marketing campaigns, running ads, and developing strategies to promote BIMQP's services. This role is key to driving business growth and enhancing our brand presence across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to promote BIMQP's services and brand awareness.

Define the most important Digital Marketing KPIs.

Manage and create content for various social media platforms.

Run ad campaigns on social media channels to generate leads and drive traffic to BIMQP's website.

Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to improve future strategies.

Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.

Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

Provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing or similar role.

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.

Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.

Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs.

Familiarity with web design and publishing.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Creative thinking with a passion for digital marketing and social media trends.

Good time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
