We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels, driving online traffic, and increasing brand awareness. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implementeffective digital marketing strategies across channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimizethe company's website and social media profiles to increase online traffic and engagement.
- Plan, execute, and monitoronline advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword researchand optimize content for search engines to improve organic rankings (SEO).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics(e.g., traffic, conversions, bounce rates) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative teamto develop engaging content, including blog posts, graphics, videos, and infographics.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and customer retention strategies.
- Stay up-to-datewith the latest trends in digital marketing, tools, and best practices, and implement them as necessary.
- Manage online reputation, handling customer feedback and reviews on various platforms.
- Coordinate with sales teamsto align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in digital marketing or related roles.
- Proficiency inGoogle Analytics,Google Ads,SEO, and social media advertising.
- Experience withemail marketing toolslike MailChimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding ofSEO/SEMprinciples and best practices.
- Excellentcommunication skills(both written and verbal).
