Job Description

We are seeking a talented and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, have a creative mindset, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with various teams to execute digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to enhance our online presence and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  2. Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy.
  3. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  4. Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and audience growth strategies.
  5. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for digital marketing initiatives.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and propose innovative strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives within budget and timeline constraints.
  8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the digital landscape.
  9. Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  10. Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and optimization for search engines.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and web analytics platforms.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  8. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  10. Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and technologies in the evolving field of digital marketing.
