Job Title: Digital Marketing Consultant
Key Responsibilities (JD):
Introduce and highlight the features, benefits, and value propositions of our digital marketing services to potential clients.
Follow up on leads generated from various sources and schedule appointments for further discussions or demonstrations.
Support business development efforts by expanding the client base and establishing strategic partnerships.
Participate in client meetings to observe, learn, and assist senior executives in nurturing relationships with key clients and partners.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Handle difficult calls, including client rejections, and escalate issues when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing solutions that meet client expectations.

Create video content scripts and coordinate video-making projects from concept to completion.
Participate in live broadcasts and digital platform video content, if interested.
Attend and contribute to client meetings, both online and offline, and assist in developing sales strategies.
