Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
SEO & SEM:
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
Content Marketing:
- Create and oversee content creation, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
- Develop content strategies that align with SEO and overall marketing goals.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the companys social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand visibility.
Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Manage email lists and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and product teams, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are advantageous.
